It’s really hard to work and focus without looking over our shoulders now and waiting for what’s next. I’m in the Katz org and allegedly this is “our” week but when? Gates are down today as of now in B1 but I can’t keep working with this anxiety. They need to get this over with.

Landed a higher paying job a week after being let go and will collect my severance on top of my new pay and Ramp up. Will save up since this economy is very unpredictable and who knows who else is cutting workers. Look 👀 there’s great companies hiring and link up with old friends to refer you.
I think katz's org is this week or next :(
@ff tbh kinda glad I got laid off when I did - yeah, looking for a new job sux but the band aid is ripped off finally
it's given me time to step away from burnout and really think about what I want, not what a company that can easily lay off thousands of people wants
