Just got my email Im being let go after 4 years. Im so disgusted with what they are doing, they dont value anyone in customer service.

They have a very large offshore multi team, only a matter of time until they take over this dept. I believe there is over 400 in the offshore multi team you will see it on Org.
@a9 if you check org browser, they've added an offshore MC department recently. Make preparations, plan ahead.
@a9 don't get too comfortable. Everyone is expendable.
MCO is safe for a small bit. They are making sure off shore can handle the extra volume with this round of layoffs then there will be another round.
Multi was not affected. Our dept is safe they need us.
Multi Contact so far still have a job unless the email I got was a mistake.
I expected it so it’s like I’m shocked but then I’m not. It’s ok, do your resume and just take a deep breath.
