I swear to whoever the creator is these execs are d-mb as he-l. Buying cheap platforms for a big a-s org like UHC and the companies it’s bought out plus offshoring to overseas third world countries results in so many tech issues and SD and upper management want to act surprised systems are down.

@OP. Truer words have not been spoken! This huge corporation is so mismanaged that they need to cut expenses by buying unsupported open software and hiring vocationally trained IT staff from India! I’m so glad to be out of there, UHG is too big to fail but the HQ d-mbasses keep trying!!
Only getting worse as SD and his Infosys buddies chase cost over quality. That might work if you make chocolate bars from sawdust and lead in mexico but only works so long in health care.
