The number of people who have left Wells on their own due to RTO 4 days has got to be a pretty high number, especially those who had to RTO over a year ago. Consider yourself lucky if only now you are being told to go 4 days in. When 5 days hits, even if the economy is poor for job hunters, you can expect a significant percentage, again, to leave on their own. It's just the game plan that Charlie Tuna wants.

@ab this will be a requirement as of next year. This is all about attrition, they want people to quit. This proves scharf a liar and i hate the liars that run this company. I used to love my job but now i dread work, 20 years down the drain.
6 hours is not a corp risk wide requirement.
