Offshore is remote only?
Never heard any complaints, seems they are all happy taking American jobs?

The number of people who have left Wells on their own due to RTO 4 days has got to be a pretty high number, especially those who had to RTO over a year ago. Consider yourself lucky if only now you are being told to go 4 days in. When 5 days hits, even if the economy is poor for job hunters, you can expect a significant percentage, again, to leave on their own. It's just the game plan that Charlie Tuna wants.

You are an Indian troll. “The same” is very common language used by offshore.

@dm he or they would never state that change in a town hall. It'll be trickle down or email like everything else that's deemed a negative impact.

True also if you trundle on in like an obedient little peon. You're not going to be saved because of it.

If your job can be done at home it can also be done in Manila for a lot less money.

Those that get the boot after the merger of ITV and EBCE won't have to worry about 4 days in office.

The Golden Ticket will be a welcomed break for some in Corp Risk.

@ab this will be a requirement as of next year. This is all about attrition, they want people to quit. This proves scharf a liar and i hate the liars that run this company. I used to love my job but now i dread work, 20 years down the drain.

6 hours is not a corp risk wide requirement.

Neither wasting money nor driving around for no reason is a rule and both negatively impact the business.
