The current cohort of leaders are such hot garbage. I haven’t met a single one in the last several years I’ve been inspired by. I don’t get it… did they all get laid off??

Clear out the bloat, clear out the directors, consolidate, keep a lean organization.

50% of leaders at Nike are just individual contributors with leadership title and package. They don't exhibit leadership qualities.
