To the guy talking about IT needing only 30k now, you are joking, right? We get faster and more accurate results with several smart IT people than with twice as many managers pointing employees to countless, unreadable forms that generate tickets that only a few d-mb IT high school grads work on solving.
I don't think anyone cares about AG not landing a role. She'll be fine. Has lots of connections and probably a golden parachute in her 401K and pension. At that pay grade, they'll be fine. Not sure if she made any announcements but RS said he's retiring - I'm sure he'll have other choices outside of CVX.
Hopefully JC, Process Technology Manager gets axed. He’s trash. Makes garbage decisions with no accountability. Absolutely useless and a waste of a salary.

I think AG and RS were told they don't have place in Org.. they can apply and get a Cloud engineer position or retire.
