Thread regarding BP PLC layoffs

KD is still gainfully employed…exciting few weeks!!!

Our favorite minister of people and culture is still proving herself adept at survival and sorcery. Taking out and clearly eviscerating a Chairman of the Board with allegations of misconduct is pure corporate Hunger Games! Is KD’s on borrowed time? Or at this juncture a useful pawn?

Meg will keep KD as a reverse Trojan horse. Meg has employed private investigators to determine fealty to her administration. You saw WL get jettisoned that was KD again.

Looks like BP is utilizing AI hiring that has inherent bias built in to the screening process. Stanford study identifies Algorithmic Monoculture in the HR departments hiring system. KD will soon be facing massive tort and employment discrimination lawsuits.
