I just want to do my actual job and go home. Instead, I spend hours in meetings where nothing gets accomplished, where we generate more questions than answers, and where people just complain about things that no one is going to fix. It is exhausting and completely pointless.

Just sit down and relax. Do not take yourself too seriously. Meetings are just for people to be able to look busy, not to get things done. If you want to get things done, Schwab is not for you!
Just silence and collect check. Won’t change until EC wakes up and that may be too late for this place. One incident this firm will tank.

Think the meeting is about the meeting, progress or solutions is a rookie mistake.
