That's because there's very little fraud. But, that's not what the voter base wants to hear, is it?

@b2 , you don’t your @$$ from a h0le in the ground. The ONLY reason they bring in these H-1B interlopers is saving $. They don’t want to pay for quality; only for further lining their pockets.

@a2 If your post is an indicator of your work capabilities & you’re the quality of employee available, it’s obvious why they need foreign visa workers.

Bombshell - yeah? Why are they not charging anyone despite these "massive" fraud? 10K is a lot of people defrauding. JD knows full well what will satisfy your fetishes.

@OP They should do a throw investigation of those working for Nokia America in TX, NJ, CA. Nokia continues to hire visa workers instead of Americans. Over the years they dogged the WARN notice by laying off 49 employees per state - just under 50. They have hired so many foreign visa holders in every business group. Just recently they layed off 25 American researchers and instead of laying off the H1Bs, they got fake hired (but we all know it was a transfer) to another business group. Any of those 25 Americans from the same team as the H1B could have been hired. USA immigration needs to investigate Nokia of America with fraudulent practice for decades.
