Doubt if we will see wholesale offers for some to get 2 years to leave especially with the debt they have taken on recently. On the Network side it looks like they are consolidating center, job titles etc. When and if this happens the process is being streamlined.

Simply email your boss and cc his/her leadership that you'd like to volunteer to leave. The process is fairly straightforward. There's always a surplus trigger calendar in place. I know of 2 former employees who did this.
