Just WTH? Whine and scream and kick that you don’t want to come into an office that they pay for. Demand to be allowed to stay and WFH, and then demand that they spend additional money to allow you to do what you said you wanted.
We’re doomed.

@az nobody in IL is getting reimbursement because they will successfully say that the office is open. Hybrid is a choice/perk.

You people need to pick a side. FAFO going to court demanding payment lmao

@ax if you aren't in a state that requires it, you are out of luck.

If you ARE in a state that requires it, like Illinois, the law states you must file a request within 2 months of the incurred expenses. I'm sure you did that, so you might have a case. Just kidding, I doubt you knew anything about requirements and rely on others to keep you informed.

I work from a state where certain WFH expenses are reimbursed via an expense report I fill out monthly up to certain limits: $5 each utility, $20 cell phone, $30 internet. I’ve been filing for this reimbursement since 2021 when SF emailed us that we were eligible in my state.

Nobody forcing you to wfh if you think you're owed compensation feel free to park your happy a-s in a cube onsite.

Sign us up let us know. After everything they do to us the least we could do is ask to be compensated.

I was pi---d when I learned that certain states (CA, IA, IL, MA, MT, NH, ND, SD, MN, DC, and Seattle) are entitled to monthly WFH reimbursements ($35 for me for internet/electric). Of course SF didn't tell employees/managers about this and you had to find out on your own. So sc-mmy. You can only backdate 60 days too.
