Still go to those off sites tho.
@e0 what's changed is our will power to weather these constant storms, it takes a toll and this one is particularly long and drawn out, further eroding our patience and sanity
in terms of execution, how did it get this bad, how do they announce layoffs, what 2 months ago, and then nothing. I don't get it, they are that bad at planning, or was this intentional?
people are not ok.....it's not healthy, there's a certain amount of ethical behavior that is acceptable in society, and especially from an employer with the brand presence like nike.....this only hurts the brand and the business long term
at a time when the swoosh is down, on the ropes, it's not the behavior, it. never is, but now it's critical to not behave this way
like those stones in the water path on the main entrance, they are a symbol of 'careful how you step'.....somehow that messaging was lost, amongst so many other great nike ways of being
it's so sad to see this company falter and crumble
Layoffs have been looming every 6 months since ‘23. What has changed? However, this layoff might actually impact work that isn’t driving revenue. You guys got raises?
This week, DAI actually seems in better spirits than before. People are talking about future projects again.
I'm too annoyed and many other emotions to do anything productive, just waiting like a nervous sitting duck
I care... I know the company isn't necessarily loyal to me, but while I'm here i want Nike to do well - it only benefits us all.
I still care, and I am still giving my best. I know layoffs are coming, and my name might be on the list, but I am doing this for me and not for Nike. I am just trying to be a good professional, no matter what.
