Heard the same ideas again with AI in every sentence in Nancy’s org All Hands.
Did not dare to answer most liked questions on the slido.. trying to paint rosy picture when in reality, nothing is rosy.

Dan's all employee webcast are pointless - 3 duds in a row. 90% on AI, 9% on where we need to 'focus', and 1% on anything employee related.
The one and only survey sent since his anointment, No - I would NOT recommend anyone to attend them in the future.

@a2 Hopefully soon when new VCG leader joins and finds out that these people are resistant to change.
Digital VP on the stage looks so out of place. He could not even answer a simple question how his org is using AI.
He shared plenty of innovative ideas how he will make digital better but what was he doing all these years with millions in budget?
These people need to held accountable. Give them 6 months and revisit what they delivered.
Digital is still not doing anything meaningful other than adding roadblocks to other projects.
The moment called for a leader to pick up the pieces of the last few months of chaos and inspire, reassure and chart a new course. Instead, it was endless management platitudes. I’m done, and that leadership team should be too!
