I’m not going to say I can be bought by a Harry and David gift box, but it’s awfully nice to be remembered by my employer with a gift box at the holidays. And it’s a lot more thoughtful than what fiserv gave me this year, ie nothing.

@ty increase made up for lack of 401k match and more expensive health care costs. Also stiffed me on a chance of six months severance. Pretty sc-mmy way to treat long term employees.
Infinite solidified my loyalty with the 10% pay increase after 20 years of Fiserv lowballing me on my salary and taking advantage of my misplaced loyalty to them. The pears in frilly paper was just nice.
Atleast Infinite was thoughtful enough to send something for the holidays unlike Fiserv who kicked us out like a bag of trash!
Global Brand employees always received gifts but given the leaders the last 18+ months with high budget projects, leveraging the company to boost their celebrity aspirations, Beyoncé concerts, and extravagant behavior, we all got the shaft! Karma is a motherfxxxxx! Happy New Year!
@a2 Sounds like you must be stuck at Fiserv, and received absolutely nothing.
Retention bonuses say hello
@a2 Wow, do you sh-t on simple happiness in everyone’s life all the time or just during the holidays? It’s not my birthday, all Infinite employees got one.
....but...but....PEARS!
In frilly little white paper wrappers!
...and mid cheese with stale cr--kers!
Nobody remembered you. Your birthday was entered into a system and an automated process placed the order and had it delivered to your location.
Having your good will and possible loyalty purchased by simple foodstuffs is sad and pathetic.
