Good luck, Dan, trying to dazzle customers and grow the customer base—you can’t even take care of your internal customers! I still can’t access the severance portal, even after HR intervention. At this point, it’s laughable. Once again, Verizon fails to execute anything correctly.

Very similar on how their stores pos systems work and especially bus 360 which is a total utter nightmare to use especially now with AI creating a new roadblock to conclude the sale. Let’s be honest, are these tools in place too help the front line and ultimately the customer? Of course not! The company should be ashamed, but they aren’t because of the layers of people that never use it . And wouldn’t be able to.
