What could be the RIF criteria as i am the only one got axed in my team?
Former employee here (not laid off today, I left before). There is no such thing as being safe at paramount/cbs. If you didn’t get cut today that just means you didn’t get cut TODAY. Start focusing on your career journey and not on being the last person standing in a burning building. Quietly quit and start building yourself up for that next move. They will toss you out the second they need to.
