I forgot what the survey was like. So it was not supposed to generate any % satisfaction? All comment based? Or they are just hiding it?

@bx Yes they intentionally skipped the survey last year due to the massive rifs. They knew they would not get the results they wanted. Do they knew it would be bad so just skip it altogether.
I found it odd that SLT was soooo proud of their 1 Survey sent out this year and another one coming in August. But yet last year I didn’t get any Survey at all. I thought they usually come out once a year in July-Sept in the past.
Did they intentionally skip last year or maybe it was only select few who got it last year?

It’s a fake metric. It means nothing. Leadership made it up do they can feel good about themselves.
Why don’t they realize everyone lies on these surveys due to negative feedback getting people riffed. The fact that they think the results are real is sad.
