Get rid of the useless Global Enterprise services, the ETWs do all the work and the FTEs get upset at being out shined by ETWs.

That will save the company money.

Please don't insult Sr. engineers by calling them lowly. They actually do real work instead of just attend meetings, talk their head off or give "advice" which is usually uninformed with a lack of experience and comes from a place of authority. Asking a distinguished engineer to do some engineering and coding is not bitterness, it is asking them to do their job. Truth stings but instead of deflecting it to technology choices and other random BS, take the feedback and "Do Better"

and yes, MD’s distinguished engineer needs to get back to coding! Enough of the BS technical advisory nonsense! Go write code and build something. Hard to say what the skillset and core competency is besides bureaucracy and ipad show off 🤣. Go join a startup or a real software company and maybe re-skill?

HRBPs supporting these leaders are equally liable for the cover up, not reporting them or holding these "leaders" accountable especially when they lose the confidence of their teams. Fear mongering is not leadership. HRBPs need accountability.
