The only people who need to see an org chart are the pathetic loser pieces of Deadwood about to be cleaned from the tree to keep the petulant rot from destroying it from within.

PDRs are tracking for non selection individuals who use childish name calling such as butthurt.

This is the most pathetic loser and butthurt layoff class in the history of Chevron. I think you all are setting new records daily.

You are going to find that there are not many jobs on the Org Chart - at least jobs you can apply for. This is the playbook. Look at CBRES a few years ago. Jobs available ended up being admin jobs with way lower PSGs because they outsourced everything. They kept everyone's hope up until after the selection events, but at the end of the day, there really were not many jobs realistically available.
I guess business must really su-k right now for them to be essentially making enemies of once very loyal employees with this strategy, but continuing to give hope to people they can possible stay employed when there really is no hope is frankly cruel.

I want to see an org chart because I want to know who the supervisors (not the job owner) will be for the roles I’m applying for. There were people out of scope (PSG < 26) who I assume will slot into those supervisory roles, and the supervisory roles aren’t open, but if it some of the people I’m thinking, I don’t want the job and would rather EOI.

I think he wants to know who the job owners "deciders" are before he/she applies. Even though we are officially not supposed to approach them.

I agree. The JD are complete sh-t.. who wrote these.. completely irrelevant.. you cannot even guess position based on it. Org chart would help what goes where ..

Trust me, they could be sharing so much more than they are some of it is stupid to try and hide, as if employees are too d-mb to figure it out anyway.

Maybe so many people here act like babies because Chevron doesn’t treat employees like adults either.

Mother f…ker calm down. The org charts are out there. You need to take a breath and stop stressing yourself out. Act like some prison b..ch that just found out you get time in the yard. Angry much… Figure out where to look and go there.

Everything that they can share they are sharing. So find a job and apply for it. Find your selection rep and call them. Find out what you’re competitive for and apply for it. Otherwise STFU cause this “I’m so mistreated routine is getting f…ing old.”

Either you have a job or you don’t, either way you get paid until you leave you whiny f…ing b..ch! So GD tired of people posting on here like they are losing a kid. Far from. Have some GD self respect and just move on with your dignity.

If you can’t handle that, lift your head up high and … you know… be brave… show the world two fingers to the temple…. Pi-ple.

Act like Chevron was your mom or something…

Oh no… “my mom don’t love me no more” … and you think you’re an alpha male…

Ge-z…

@a2+1jvdzvsje OP is probably unqualified for a position in his current role...looking for other opportunities internally.

I’m sorry but ES running this garbage with McKinsey is so much worse than 2020 MP with BCG.

Why does seeing the org chart matter? All the info is on the job description, or am I missing something? You should be able to find your job, just apply for it and hope that you get picked.
