@m1 because my garden leave goes through july 7
Unfortunately lying, stealing and cheating is a genetic disorder with this species. The strategic response is to prepare for the opposite of what they say. This is the principle of contrarian action and will serve you well if you understand and accept this as the only path to success and happiness.
I'm surprised no one asked why T-MO didn't file a WARN Act Notice for the layoffs that occurred in Frisco. The only one on record is the one from June 8 for the 74 folks that got axed in Austin.
@kv Not any longer. We are reversing it.
@jv Indiafication is America's future.
@jv Not to mention what they have planned for stores and call centers.
@jv Yea, I lost my job to Hyderabad, I remember the manager saying these guys don’t have any work so we need them to start taking the work from the contractors I was an FTE. They were some good people I wish we all could have work together in some capacity.
Ignore what they say on stage. Here are the facts:
They want you to stop noticing these things and play nice now that they are getting exposed for all of their lies. Pay no attention to what they say on stage and instead judge them by what they do and have already done.
the fact is customers are leaving. the company is hemeraging. It is not good. not good. Sirini must fix it. infosys can't fake the customer count anymore. The gov is watching.....it is watching carefully. wich means no more loans for the excecs to pocket. no more buy backs either. sirni will do the right thing babies. we can't afort the infosys employees count. it just costs too too too much now. we are poor!
I appreciate that Deeanne tried empathy, what was with Srini giving sh-t to everyone asking anonymously?
That's a reflection of leadership more than anything, the calm is coming from inside the house SLT friends.
@ab Deanne being employed is patronizing.
Deeanne's overly rehersed empathetic nodding is getting to be a touch too patronizing at this point.
every time he "jokes" about softballs you could tell hes actually not. not sure what hes expecting out of these.
Death by a thousand cuts.
Oh yay back to going back to cuts in random small batches to avoid bad press. I guess that will force improved morale.
If it's possible for a CEO to say, "I don't know, I just work here", that's what he did.
@a2 Then no offshoring and no use of H1-B. End of story.
@a1 of course. Surgical cuts are coming to jobs that can be replaced with Chatpgt. This taint no secret.
He looks very nervous and knows this is not going well.
