We will release people spend months planning it and then rehire because AI means we need more people
We need to replace the entire senior leadership team with AI. Think about it: it would be a lot more efficient, with better-informed and faster decisions, no bootlicking, and no ego games. Useless low IQ SDs, VPs, and C-level executives, let’s be honest, these should be the first to go. Imagine the amount of data AI can analyze and base its decisions on. No travel, no workshops, no empires, real savings and what’s best for the company. Every new “leader” changes nothing, brings nothing to the conversation, and is almost invisible in ops. Let’s say it out loud!!!!
Not for AI expenditures
Cost Reduction targets being set everywhere
It’s not even about AI. The direction seems to be simplifying by doing less internally and pushing more work onto others. We’re becoming more of a rubber-stamp, a “three stripes” approval layer on product. If design is outsourced and decisions on how products are made are left to external, why do we need so many people internally?
Welcome to the Puma world my friends.
