Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Hours wasted talking in office and on team

Today, I must have spent 2 hours with 6 different people about the new 60 percent requirement and making almost everyone non compliant since we were all doing 11 days.

Can you imagine how much GK wasted bank resources with this day care monitoring?

This is going to be talked about for a long time, wasting bank resources with this.

And managers will waste more time monitoring and coaching people, i.e., having to write PIP on their best performers. I am sure most managers hate this and just care if people are working, not where they work

@dv Is it really racist to question the hiring practices? There's a highly over-represented demographic in TOS and it didn't get that way without discrimination in the labor pipeline. For years, we couldn't even get a contractor unless they came from WITCH (Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant HCLTech) vendors and some, if not all, of them have been sued for illegal discrimination against non-Indian workers. And the layoffs that have occurred in TOS have consisted mostly of non-Indians. Considering also that the bank is opening a GCC opening in India and staffing it with thousands of jobs, you don't have to be racist to see there's a foul pattern here.

@a1 quit the racist nonsense. We know why u are doing this.

People of all color are engaged in good and bad. Don’t lose the fight by insulting many of who do agree that GK is a failure. Making it a race issue is childish and unnecessary.

Focus on facts - she is a failure. Doesn’t matter if she’s Martian or Uranusian.

And no place for race hatred here - period.

WTH is this reference to so called caste? Caste btw is a nonsensical term made up by colonial bustards, and expanded by Leftist liars.

Let’s agree on one thing. GK is a failed leader. She needs to resign and enjoy her retirement years reading these posts and messages.

I was talking to someone about how much time has been wasted in the last 3 days dealing with these convoluted changes in RTO. Thousands upon thousands of hours of productivity lost because of terrible leadership and communication. For a company that wants efficiency and cost savings they sure love to stir up distracting drama that takes focus off of actual work.

@bx Their name was Mo & they were a leader in tech & was why we had the firedrill that one time with D reminding us of 'integrity', well heritage Americans don't need reminding.

It was a kickback scheme hire me & pay me a percentage, same thing that you see in the news at other companies, same people perpetrating.

Who was fired for the kickbacks?

Well we did fire that one guy in tech who was proven to be taking kickbacks (but the kicker - they ALL DO, it's baked into the culture, there's no integrity). That's why we have whole orgs made-up of one ethnicity. Not white not black not latino not east asian - all Indian. One single group that once one of them becomes a manager - every single hire they make also becomes a carbon copy of themselves. Hmm, right? Hoe could that be in the era of 'diversity'? How could that have been permitted & by whom? Hmmmmmmm. Who pushes for GCC? What's their names sound like? Bob from down the street? Or Aravesh from dalit?

Of course it's wrong, un-American, they don't care & have no concept of how to operate fairly in a high trust meritorious society nor organization. Incapable of it at a core level.

Having seen it with my own eyes here in just a decade, watched the transformation & grift unfold, replicated across hundreds of companies simultaneously not just our own, it turned me from a liberal into a hardline conservative. They must all be removed. By any means necessary.

I see them on the news or worse honestly. Any employee that will have enough will take them down. Keep poking the bear until it bites you.

Can't wait for the day this company ends up in the news for some massive ethics scandal, kickbacks from illegal hiring practices and fraud due to all the indians we have in leadership now.

The board of directors is complicit too. Everyone points the finger at goonjin, but they put her there don't forget that.
