I guess I am creating this thread for us who want to vent. Type away.

@e0 I don’t think that’s specific to them being HealthSpring but just being new hires who were probably hired for on-site roles.
@dy I didn’t hear it. We have several HS on our floor that had to recently start coming in.
@dp I don’t know where you heard that about the HealthSpring employees, but that’s not true - any policy update that is coming out regarding telecommuter status applies to anyone within the affected orgs whether they are HealthSpring or Blue.
@d6 What state office are you in? There’s another thread going here about people being suddenly moved to telecommuters. It says an announcement will be sent out next week. Odd that HS told they need to go into the office beginning 04/01 and HCSC employees are being made telecommuters beginning 04/01.
Deduction, in a previous thread a HS employee stated they were told to come in in April, this week/next week my old area is clearing out their spaces.
@d3 saying you're one of those outside consulting companies snooping for inside corporate info without actually saying it....
@ag yeah, heard the same thing from a credible source in facilities. Unless you’re in a major metropolitan area or a HQ building, the. You better be ready to go home full time.
Are they making everyone currently at 300 East randolph work from home to make space for the cigna/healthspring hires?
Primarily, the increased chances of running into an abrasive bootlicker like you. Pretty much ruins the entire day.
lol they’re all corporate offices. This was d-mb.
@ag closing all but the Corporate offices? Source?
@ag Thanks for the info
FYI they are closing all the offices except the corporate ones... Everyone else will be forced wfh.
@OP Is RTO company wide? What happens to employees in states with no office? Someone please fill me in - I’m on PTO this week and just saw these posts
What are you complaining about? They’re about to make thousands more people into full time telecommuters.
Nobody cares.
Like a spurned boyfriend or girlfriend who wont move on.
Are return to office complaints still a thing?
What's bursting your bubble about rto?
