It’s getting to be that time again. I’ve been hearing rumblings about layoffs coming next month… any news?

@xw Sources?
@xr Clifton is in the process of finally being shut down.
I heard March will bring heavy layoffs to Clifton
Here's the WARN:
L3Harris 2500 North Orange Blossom Trail ORLANDO, FL, 34744 02-27-26 04-30-26
thru
05-14-26
63 people
@a1 do tell…
There are layoffs every 6 months like clockwork. Usually March-May and September-November. The company environment has been toxic for a long time. If you’re not tenured and don’t have a good relationship with your manager(s), you are on the chopping block. Anyone charging IDL or is in-between programs, I hope your resumes are ready to go
I'm sure it will look really good on someone's spreadsheet. It will be spun as a strategic "reset" and managers will encourage everyone to "execute" that much more. They can keep their tacos and ice cream socials.
Still looking for a supervisor in Clifton to wrap up the loose ends with depot ops .
Seems nobody unternall wants the job
@c0 WARN act is only needed when total at one site is 500 or more.
@c0 if the company does not perform the WARN Act in time, it just becomes a monetary loss, in paying the employees a few weeks salary, a drop in the bucket.
How can L3Harris get away without doing the WARN act
Isn’t this criminal?
Clifton in April. Indirect labor.
@b2 we are already in a reorg. another one?
Greenville maybe March 19th 20th
For sure by March 27th
Good luck everyone 😊
There are rumblings of another re-org around that timeframe.
Quite sure that SLC will be having massive layoffs according to emails copied to the wrong people
