@ds Agreed, however some managers are asking for numbers every single day and for the month end. Not even a month to get used to the switch over to being a Micro AE and 65 lines is quota for January. Amazing…

Account executive in small business or in micro space aren’t even selling. They can’t sell. They don’t have territories assignment correctly. They are just chilling until all this is straightened out so the territories. They don’t even know who to sell too. It’s all confusing. Some micro teams don’t even have a manager. And leadership isn’t responding. Sr managers haven’t even set up new teams groups! It’s all silent. That’s why no one is selling. No one cares to sell. Everyone is pis*ed off.

@ae that’s already happening. With the way they restructured micro and SMB and the new goals sales are down 80% year over year and it’s not getting any better. Most of the smb and micro I know aren’t even attempting to sell at this point and are hoping for a severance.

If everyone quit selling for a month or two and started a coe that would force the shareholders to make a change. Just sayin..

Fake news. They already did a round with SMB AEs and MAEs, when they separated micro/smb. Why would they be doing another.

Almost all customer facing AEs will be fine. Companies like TMO do not eliminate large sales teams.

Are SMB AE’s part of this RIF as well? I thought after last month it was over. Are Micro AEs also part of it?
