@OP Most SVPs and EVPs at FISERV are mostly complicit lackeys, and part of the overall problem. Many are holdover weak insiders from Franco's patronege schemes and involved in corruption and self-dealing. Examples: Foskett has received stock options and other compensation from some enterprise accounts in exchange for looking the other way on compliance and shutting down learned employee oversight of his crony crooked friends: Ralph Dangelmeir & Terry at BlueSnap, both fined by the FTC for fradulent illegal business practcies. Most barely understand the businesses they run, and treat the employees that work for them as cannon fodder. Don't look to them for any help, you are on your own.
