@as Yeah they do not like talking to people in India. I used to work mostly with elderly clients and they would hang up and call back until they got someone on the US team.
@a2 the last thing an elder who got scammed out of their life savings needs is to call in and get another indian on the phone offering to help them. Offshoring the elder abuse workers to India is another level of fu---d up.
Or maybe they were all sitting around all day with their peter in their hand. You dont know that's for sure.
