You’d think the people in India would have been able to connect the dots.

What groups are affected?
1/3rd of my team are cut. Crazy
@a1 There is a lot of off-shoring still happening. Quarterly meetings in several groups showed a massive difference in hiring in India vs the US ( >3:1, about the ratio of the cost per person in the US : India). They may be laying off some people in India, but if it isn't at a significantly higher rate than layoffs in the US, the existing disparity will grow.
I’m confused. I thought jobs were being off-shored there… or was it people speculating and being racist?
