Management promotes or prefers folks who kiss their buttocks pretty much all teams I have seen, not sure if such culture is prevalent but it has definitely detonated with time. Hope Trump can revive the job market so we can get the he-l outta this place

Waiting on Trump to fix anything for anyone other than the rich and powerful is like waiting on Sievert to turn into Legere.
Yeah T-Mobile’s culture is TRASH. I was there for over 15 years. This company has gone down the drain and only cares about money.
You don’t need Trump to revive the job market. You need a crash so that you cannot have people on top with such an exorbitant amount of wealth and power.
@a1 There's a number of IC who steal the ideas from others (including their Managers) and then sell them as their own to higher levels. I've seen it done. The culture at TMO is horrendous. No place to want to return.
Middle management and directors are complete useless for the most part and survive on ideas of ICs, eliminate them before breakfast tomorrow
