I know the VP of Staff JS is back but she is always confused and never has REAL guidance. Her only feedback is; are we looking AI? How about any edits? That’s it. CCA is a tragic waste dump of Operational inefficiency and exhausted teams that are grossly underpaid and poorly lead by Directors who care more about sniffing the VP Staffs bottom clambering for seat then supporting their teams or generally lack knowledge or skills to lead the product. The new platform is he-l..it’s the most dysfunctional cr-ppy build I have ever witnessed in my career and has caused over a 50% reduction in production rate across CCA. The VP of Staff needs to move over and allow someone who understands how to be in the weeds and offer real support and makes times for those who report to her. The managers are blamed for poor performance and not enough AI initiative…. what CCA does requires a human touch to the actual audit! These are complex audits!!! There is no resources, everyday hour you are given a new initiative to work towards with no additional staff or tech to support. Like another poster said…abandon all hope it’s a true sinking ship.

Yes 🙌 Oh you mean like RS the Director under JS the Staff VP in CCA…does she know how much brown is on her nose.
It takes everything I have to work in CCA under HBA and it’s not my managers fault. It’s our Director and Executive leadership initiatives and lack of accountability.
I can't wait until they, and all organizations, realize AI is nice but it can't do everything for any company.
It’s a NIGHTMARE everyday in CCA. The VP of Staff and the VP of Payment Integrity need to step aside. I’m tired of being overloaded because our systems are prehistoric, don’t work and being understaffed…not my problem. I’m a team player but this is out of control! They’ve taken AIP, more out of pocket for health insurance, more micro managing, greater expectations but NO resources!!!!
