Seems to be most closely related to product creation and design. For as often as ELT references them as being the heart of the brand, those teams are thin as it is. I firmly believe any layoffs will be a symptom of the new formation and while it's less than ideal, there will be other opportunities with new roles added as well. As in not a reduction in head count exercise.

apparently the respective leaders will say something to their teams, I believe I heard that, but when, unknown...how big...unknown...seems smaller, small'ish?

I believe he mentioned "the next couple of months."
When is this expected to happen? It’s surprising that such a critical piece of info was left out in his speech, we should at least know when the changes are coming
