…Yes it’s 100% true, the first raise was in April when I left DXC and added 32% to my package. The second was this week when I got 4.2% merit even though I’ve been at my new company for 8 months.
It’s not just shout money, DXC is toxic where I was in the U.K just senior people looking out for themselves and su-king upto the American bosses.
I left after 40 years EDS to DXC. 5 years from retirement.. Partly because I was given nothing to do, DXC were trying to grind me down so I'd leave .And the normal no pay rise for a decade.In the end redundancy was unlikely and I couldn't cope with another 5 years of this cr-p..So I contacted a few people who had already made the jump.. Managed to get an interview and I'm now working for a company that want me !! They Pay 60% more and I've had my first bonus .My advice is use your contacts and leave..DXC is a truly terrible company , vote with your feet.. make it a happy new year , leave DXC.
You must be a qualified individual - rest here have just an employee number and commodity. No skills. So we are just waiting for the retirement.
