Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Another 3 months wait!!! FFS

Been told by my LM today that an email came out this week… Apparently they’re saying October they’ll plans the reviews

November they’ll enter it on the system

December you’ll get paid, assuming they give you a raise.

That’s 3 months to do a simple review. Those dodgy barstiardos!

As someone promised a raise from 20k to 40k over 2 years and several "incremental" payrises...

Its all rubbish and lies. They can't even make a competitive offer if you jump ship. Go forth young man and find something better like I did after being burned too many times

Seems DXC scrubbed old news stories of CHRO saying back in 2021 that they are putting in place annual reviews. One time is not a trend or annual. This is true. He did budget for a pay increase and has paid it out. What he did NOT explain is that the increase was only for the higher echelon and not for the workers who are client facing.

It means that what they tell you in a t hole is not to be believed, which means there is no point in listening to thier bshit.

As for Mary she has been lying for years, why she hasnt been replaced is a good question (everyone suspects/knows why)

Was told by my manager that the process is NOT underway yet and no merit rises will be considered until after the mid-year reviews are complete. In other words Mary blatantly lied about the process being under way.

Promotional pay rises are on hold till merits are looked at.
Merits are not guaranteed as depends on affordability.

Roll on 2025 for the same. Complete your midyear however!

Problem is 4% won't cut it for many, DXC leaders have dug their own hole and raises would need to be 20%+ to make a difference. So this will run and run

Just a bunch of lying barstewards. The have delayed the payment by 9 months and with rates at 5% they have earnt 4% interest. Will be interesting if they will pay more than the 4% interest they got.

Mary Finch needs to be fired.
