Hey egotistical, kiss a-s, self promoting, fraudulent leaders with no heart, thank you so much for laying many of us off who have been in the company for so many years, have so much experience and knowledge about the business and DID the actual WORK. Your time will come too, you will be tossed out like trash too. I feel terrible for the people left behind. The pressure will be on you now and you can forget about work/home life balance.

It reminds me of a Dilbert cartoon called Strategy Meeting - "the weak economy is limited our strategic options"... "I won't sugar coat anything" ... "Option one is a long slide to oblivion"... "Option two is a death spiral" ..."Our new company logo is a man getting su-ked into a toilet" ... "Our revised vision mission statement is 'forage during the daylight and hide at night'" ..."I'll pass out clubs and you can decide among yourselves how to downsize by fifty percent".. "Is it just me, or was it better when they sugar coated?"
The part that gets me is they look for reasons to find a way to get you out. In the past, a review was overall good. Last year, I noticed that those they wanted to get rid of got "partially met expectations" over the smallest thing OR they greatly improved since the review. It gave the reason to put them on the RIF list. I love the ages listed to CYA them. Come on, older people make more due to experience and level. Of course they'll get rid of the people who make more first.
