JUNE Despite a huge failure leadership once again will follow the legacy sprint model of outsourcing to Ericsson. Sure it'll fail BUT the few years in effect the books will look great and one or two NON-AMERICANS will celebrate huge bonus before returning to their socialist enclaves. Don't waste your PTO..make them turn it into CASH settlements in your package. PTO taken while still an employee is nearly an immeasurable loss of productivity.

Ulf definitely eats corn the long way
Ulf is a co cksu cker.
Ulf built his career at Ericsson before coming to TMO in 2019 - how fitting he'd turn FOPs over to them. YA SUSPECT!
Wait, wait, wait... this is so not true! Ericsson just got rid of everyone in the States that has anything to do with network ops. Why would they shut down that entire department, close the doors and then turn the lights back on within a few months.
Yeah, talk to the handful of E-folks who were left at the end. "Handful" being the key word.
E// will outsource as much as possible to Mexico and India. I've seen this happen at Sprint. NOC, RF Engineering, Support teams will be offshored once they're trained up. Field techs will cover more, and only work on ticketing system. No ticket, no work. It's a win lose... E// wins , T-Mo's books look great because they can dump thousands of headcount, but if you go to E// the clock is ticking
Tap in if you see alot of closed doors and curt interactions with leaders.
Whomever wrote this doesn't have a clue...

Talk to E folks that were left at the end, it was way better than working at Sprint. Comparable bonus better benefits. Amdocs would probably be way better than working at TMO. FOPS you might land where what you do is actually appreciated.

I hope this is true. This place is no longer a good place to be. I used to eat live and breathe T-Mobile. I have given up alot of personal time and energy to make sure that our network was performing well and at this point in my life I would gladly take the money and run. Most of the people that could actually fix something vs just patch it up with a temp fix have all been let go or just left. This network will suffer and customers will be affected but SLT doesn’t care aslong as the share holders get a good return.

Amdocs to begin performing field operations duties starting on July 1st following the dissolution of full-time employees in the field and partial transition of personnel to remote services on the CRT. Others to be terminated under the justification of position elimination.

Ericsson dissolved their American branch last September. No Field Services are left. I can’t see them starting all over again but anything is possible.
Why most of you kneel down to Neville is beyond me. That guy cost us billions in major sc--w up’s.

Outsourcing everything is all Ulf the Destroyer knows to do. He fell in on Neville's planning and then had to sc--w it all up and take things the Sprint way.
They've always wanted to get the number of employees back to pre-merger T-Mobile Levels. So still another 15K or so to get rid of.
You’re an id--t if you believe this level of BS
