DXC Management and thier bent behaviours

Mike Salvino will get $14 million for leaving plus another $5 million in wages for Jan to March. That's a staggering $19 million.

During this period his been on gardening leave and done no work, absolutely nothing.

That's would take the average employee 380 years to earn that.

This company is bent at the top, they can rake staggering amounts of money for no work, yet they pay less than market rates to employees and expect them to go above and beyond delivering miracles.

Where are the ethics gone?

Bull sh-t about market rates , it f you can make more then go get it. If not shut the fu-k up already

@OP - it's obvious there are no ethics where DXC management are concerned.

It's been the same for years; indeed, before DXC came into existance ML was an overt charlaton at CSC, hoodwinking employees (as much as Wall Street) before opting to sell out. Check out Wikipedia entries for this company through the ages if you're in any doubt.

Employees have been defrauded for decades, and yet somehow the company still survives, paying obscene amounts to woefully inadequate managers.

I used to believe in Karma, but where DXC is concerned, I'm still waiting...

That's ridiculous, how can he justify 400 years of pay for nothing.

They said on the earnings call that the figures excluded adjustment for his payment it was that huge. Even the shareholders are being done over.

Salvino and Mary Finch are grossly overpaid for what they did, how they got away with this all very questionable and unethical.
