Why are some groups being forced back into the office and some are told its not going to happen to them? My boss is a major micro manager so I see why we are being told to come back. News flash I did more at home than I ever will in your office with all the noise and drama.

I give them an extra 5 to 10 hours a week because of WFH, it’s time I am not traveling to and from the office. (Salaried so I don’t get more $$, I just get more done, and it is wonderful.)

You answered it yourself - you have a sh---y manager. From a top-down perspective WIN loves WFH - costs them way way less
I'd like to thank this job for the work from home setup, I don't want to sound like a qu--r or nuthin, but I played lots of video games the past 4 years.
Then when I was laid off I went and picked up another job that paid around 50% more than windstream was paying.
Wow , there’s no way you get more done at home than the office. Unless the list includes doing the dishes , doing a couples loads of wash, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, picking up the po-p in the yard, painting your nails. Nice try snowflake, get back to the office!
@hnd+1nCSw9XF. Zayo is not an American owned company. They are owned by a Swedish company. So Windstream or Uniti still have a chance to hold that title.
That will definitely change when uniti/windstream become the first American telecom company to sell to China. Unless Zayo beats them to it.
