Thread regarding Seagate Technology Inc. layoffs

Rumours of production to drop to 60%

Anyone know of this rumour? Wondering if this is due to the Global Market or to the Problems in China.. Its not good if true this will lead to more layoffs & short time..

2023= 150- [700 -150]/10= 95
assuming a line.

Answer: 95/ 150 = 63%
Therefore the rumor would be that the volume decreases like a line.
I would be less pessimistic (bit less). But won't go up for sure.
