Does anyone know if DXC includes number of days sick in employee reference from new prospective employers.
I’m in the process of applying for jobs but I’ve had a few months off for stress. Should I be worried?

HR will.say no.concerns ref sick leave so you leave.. become another company problem..

we can add in the reference if you did standards of business conduct course every year.
The DXC reference is as bland a document as you can imagine. Basically start date and end date; nothing more.
Like all companies these days, references are just confirmation that you worked for them. That's it

Whether you have been sick or not, and if so for how long, is a piece of personal data that DXC should not be at liberty to share with anyone, unless you have explicitly permitted them to do. So, if they are doing it as a part of reference check wi--y-nilly, it could be a data breach and they could be in trouble.
Reference checks are typically limited to information that pertains to tenure of employment, salary and general conduct.
Interesting post, does Dixy pay full pay for sick? I know we have some sort of insurance we have to pay into right?
