Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Did not receive VSP offer - now what?

Can someone please tell me if we didn't receive VSP offer, what does it mean? Wasn't targets met? Didn't 1200 employees already leave Centene.

I didn't receive 08/12 meeting invite. What does that mean for the SC team?

I'm hearing you need to wait a few more weeks for the VSP notifications. Patience!

Hello fellow SC teammate. No news here. We just sit and wait.

respectfully these are questions you need to ask your PL or HR......none of know! We're all merely ASSUMING!

@a7 how long have you worked here?

Also the VSP offers went out nearly 2 months ago, so why is this question surfacing now? Also, why would your individual lack of an offer indicate anything at all for the SC team?

Going off the sparse info we were given, if you didn't get a VSP offer you didn't meet the eligibility criteria. Assuming you're a FTE and not a contractor, you're either in a position where you have specialized skills the company wants to keep, you're in a position they don't want to train someone else to fill, or you hadn't met the minimum employment time. I'm sure there's other criteria only known to senior leadership, but that's what I can remember from all the meetings about VSP.

@OP we’re all just sitting ducks. Nothing has been said about meeting their goal or if and when they will do involuntary layoffs. Our PL claim to know nothing either so… one day at a time
