Did Broadcom acquire VMware, raise prices for many businesses both large and small, decide it no longer wanted smaller clients and instead focus on large, profitable customers, and lay off employees who may then have been hired by companies like Nutanix?

@OP most of the vcf employees were hired back as remote contractors through HCL and TCS.
