Wells Fargo to raise dividends

So, we don't have the money to keep the people we desperately need, but we do have the money to raise dividends? This place is so broken it's not even funny anymore.

I’d like the company to kick out as much money as possible rather than investing in things like a palatial headquarters in NYC. Oh wait.

The company has an obligation to its shareholders, not the employees. Why would they keep you around when they can hire an Indian for 20% of the cost?

@OP I believe the WF fiduciary obligations only relate to the banks clients and investors, not employees. Increased dividends is one way this obligation can be satisfied.

WF had 387 billion cash on hand on its latest quarterly report. You really think they are getting rid of people so they can afford dividends? Grow up.
