Anyone heard anything? It seems every month there’s a RIF. Or maybe they met this month’s numbers with the VRIF.

yes, more layoffs. I have 4 open assignments and was told not to fill them, sounded like more layoffs, XBS is dying. The thinking is crazy, go from 15 reps to 11 and grow revenue
VRIF happens in phases (dependent upon the employee and their situation/title). NY VRIFS have been underway the last few days, and an IRIF just happened in KY June 4. Formal announcements don’t have to be made by the company if the number of IRIF employees is below a certain threshold—that’s the game XRX is currently playing.
I'm ready for the next VRIF. I want a package if any and then we're heading south of Lexington. Been dodging the axe for over 20 years now. Done!

June IRIF done couple of weeks ago + finishing the Louie VRIF program .,,, then the merry-ago-round starts again next month when they addd the numbers up and know they don’t have enough yet
