20 percent cut of frontier in July
either way another botched acquisition
This is funny. Such a clown 🤡 You will see soon enough.
Um, as a former Frontier employee, plenty of us have been severed already. Including recently. And this was post-acquisition.
non-union employees will continue to be overworked and underpaid
@cn Don't be surprised if VZ keeps them on the slave salaries indefinitely with pay raises that way below the inflation rate.
I hope this isn't true. They need to cut the incompetent management folks who are also lazy.
@b3 I guess we will see when we find out who is impacted in July.
@OP as they should ! Extremely valuable part of the future
frontier union employees protected
The 12 month period is to retain the same salary. After 12 months, the salary could change. Anyway, Frontier salaries are 20-30% lower than Verizon. It only helps Verizon. No company will ever grantee headcount for a non-union employee.
lots of frontier (non-union) have been rifd already.
Not true. They were part of the last round of reductions.... there is no protections anymore.
Not what I have heard, but we will all know soon enough.
Nope, company wide RIF in July and Frontier employees cannot be touched.
