Survey…Anonymous?? Then how the heck manager, director requires the SO CALL SURVEY and make it mandatory at bottom level… funny is they ask about afraid of retaliation… obviously 🙄

@aq it must be nice to be able to just use your vacation whenever you want and not get an earful from your management. How “foolish” of me.
We still get our earned vaca time, fool. You just can't sit on it as long and need to use it. What a concept to have to use your vacation!!!!
Don’t respond, when people complain they still care and you have them. When they become silent they are apathetic and no longer care
Do the survey they don’t care, don’t do the survey they also don’t care. It doesn’t matter either way and once employees realize that it’s just not important it’ll be a good thing. There’s no point taking it seriously nor expecting it to change anything

@OP it does no matter if you give a positive or negative feedback. It is all a fake....we have been doing this stupid survey for years now.....leaders are still the same.....remember what Einstein said?
