Arizona

  • Tools for Humanity is conducting layoffs.

Illinois

  • An Illinois auto-parts manufacturing plant closure will result in dozens of layoffs.

Massachusetts

  • A Florida manufacturer will lay off 103 Massachusetts workers as it closes a local facility.
  • A chemical manufacturer plans layoffs affecting 72 Worcester County employees.

Minnesota

@OP don't confuse cause and effect. This is from the current economic climate of the wealthy demanding greater profits because of their expectations about AI, combined with the snap back from the post-covid hiring bo-m. The cuts would be happening without it.

It is a tough market. I'm starting to see job posts get cancelled with increasing frequency. Wall Street seems like it's close to panicking, but still trying to pretend everything's alright since 50% of the consumer-based economy is the top 10%.

This is pointless. None of these are Wells Fargo and there were NO layoffs yesterday due to EAW.
