USG announced at a company wide meeting last week that layoffs are planned in the next month. USG is not making their revenue targets.

@OP This is true, it was communicated that a lot of people will be let go, its roll based, and yet they are still posting "we're hiring!" on social media sights. They are trying very hard to keep this all "hush hush". It's kind of disgusting to see, especially when you know the week prior, they announced layoffs, smh...
I would not at all be surprised if they chose to consolidate a lot of departments. People will be let go over the next 2-3 weeks.
