I’ve just grown tired of every webpage on every website trying to sell something. I get that it has to be monetized. I don’t mind ads, the hidden code and scripts to download cr*p just makes the experience lousy. Started getting “potential malicious software” warnings from my browser on the Anthem page here. First my job tries to pull something over on me, now this site. I guess when it’s my turn to get an opportunity to pursue other endeavors I won’t need this site either. The whole world’s just becoming sad all over.

No malicious messages displaying on browsers on my personal laptop when accessing this site. As long as this site's administrators don't give us up and we can continue to post and share information anonymously, I am okay with seeing the ads.
Me neither, plus Google’s Safe Browsing status report for thelayoff.com/anthem says it’s okay
Current status
No unsafe content found

@OP If you've seen that warning on more than one site you’ve visited, it could be some Chrome extension you're using. Those can sometimes mess this up.
Strange, I’m also using Chrome on desktop and never ran into that problem.
When I access this site on my desktop I receive the malicious software warnings. Now, I only look at this page on my phone. So far, I haven't received a malicious software warning since.
Not seeing that here. Tried a few different browsers and it only comes up in Chrome. Must be a Google thing. Try playing with your settings.
I do agree with your take that the internet ain’t what it used to be. What’s this got to do with Anthem RIF’s?
