Supervisor here. It makes zero sense to me that those were told to leave Qatar are being punished for leaving Qatar in the assessment meeting. How can you punish people who were not given the opportunity to stay for not staying?

It’s a crab 🦀 trap and your peers want to eat the internal competition while there are limited operations. It’s a mind F . Concentrate on your mental health and watch these people destroy company morale. Production and safety will be negatively impacted for sure…
