We've been bleeding talent, whether through attrition or layoffs, and the best people are gone. There are very few of us left who can actually do the job, and the workload is impossible. I guess nobody really cares.

I don't understand how they decide who or what position to let go. it's like Waters HR just randomly picked a name. just wait , in 2027 when they reduced legacy BD salary, ppl will leave this cheap a-s company
@OP yes. Nobody cares. Business is about making money for those in charge. It’s not about caring and creating great places to work. Sad true but reality and no reason to be upset
@OP yep I feel for you waters don't care how long Ur there or how valuable you are you are just a number at the end of the day, since the appointment of CEO waters have fallen down, under the old rule before him waters was a sound established company stood tall had good values now it's a sinking ship filled with poisonous power hungry people who will drop you my advice just sit back do little and watch the shhhhit show happen
